Easy 7-day returns and exchanges when the product is unused and in original condition.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
What we accept
- Wrong size or fit issues
- Manufacturing defects or damage on arrival
- Incorrect item received
What we cannot accept
- Items worn, washed, altered, or missing tags
- Customized Fit / made-to-measure pieces (unless defective)
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and reason
- Share clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We will confirm pickup or drop-off instructions
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved returns are refunded or exchanged according to your preference and payment method.
